I have been selling Real Estate since June of 1999.  Some time later, I earned my Broker's license, so am now an Associate Broker with BHPremier.com.  I have also earned my ABR designation.  Trained as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, I strive to help each of my buyer clients find the property he or she desires.

BHPremier.com Realty/Auction LLC has been in business for over a decade, although under different company names.  During this time, the brokers and agents have delivered high quality service in guiding both buyers and sellers to the closing of a multitude of satisfying Real Estate transactions.  Each of us strives to make sure our motto "Your Best Choice for Real Estate!" shows true in each deal we handle.

Auctions:  The three Broker/Owners of the BHPremier.com are all experienced Auctioneers.  An auction can move very slowly if there is a huge amount of items to sell.  To ensure things move quickly so potential bidders don't get bored and leave, the auctioneers often run 2 rings, resulting in lively sales.  Each purchase is tallied with computers networked to the cashier's table so items can be purchased immediately after they have been won.
